Turnaround Time Policy

Overview

PackagingPrinting tries its best to process shipping orders as soon as possible. However, PackagingPrinting is not responsible for any damages or consequences caused by late production, shipping or delivery.

Turnaround Options

Standard

Free standard shipping is available across the UK with an estimated delivery time of 8-10 business days after final proof confirmation. Please note that these are approximate shipping times, and they are not guaranteed.

Priority

Delivery within seven business days is guaranteed, along with a small shipping fee. Dispatch will take place within seven business days after final proof confirmation.

Express

Be confident that your order will leave our facility within four business days, and we will charge you rush job fees. Dispatch will take place within four business days after final proof approval.

Note

Ensure that you receive final proof approval before 11:00 AM to avoid any potential delay in shipping times – failure to do so may result in one additional business day being added to the processing timeline.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Customers understand that unforeseeable circumstances such as technical glitches, bad weather conditions, delays from shipping companies or international customs issues can cause shipment delays.

If unexpected equipment malfunctions or technical problems lead to printing or shipment delays, rush charges or expedited fees may be reimbursed/waived as required. Please note we cannot cancel orders due to printing/shipping delays.

Customers must pay any customs duties and fees related to international shipments outside of the UK – customers must handle customs clearance for international deliveries themselves.
