Refunds

At PackagingPrinting, we specialize in making custom packaging and printed materials that meet each client’s unique needs. Due to this customization factor involved in our products, we don’t offer refunds, but if there is any issue with quality or quantity, please get in touch with the customer service team within two working days, along with valid proof. Otherwise, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, as requests made after this time won't be processed; however, we can always re-print orders in case it was an error from our side.

Cancellation

Orders are non-refundable, and production starts immediately once design artwork approval has been given, together with full payment made.
