What types of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Note that we may not accept certain payment methods in some cases.

Do I have to pay upfront before my order goes into production?

Yes, usually, all orders require full payment prior to starting production unless otherwise arranged with your sales representative.

What if I make changes to my order after submitting it?

Our billing team will notify you of any additional charges due to requested changes made post-order-placement and will wait for your confirmation before charging. Be assured that we never bill clients without their consent.

How long does it take for an order to be completed?

Usually, orders using only the CMYK process are finished within seven business days. However, those involving other techniques like corrugation, PMS colour matching, foil stamping/metallization, or spot UV/embossing debossing/window patching may take longer. Is shopping in your online store safe?

Yes! All information, including personal details and credit card numbers shared with us during transactions, is protected by SSL encryption on our secure server software.

Will I receive a bill for what I purchase?

Definitely! You will get a full invoice specifying everything about your ordered item(s). In case you are still waiting to receive it as expected please request from your sales representative or email us at sales@packagingprinting.co.uk.

Can I get a basic sample before finalizing my custom order?

It's highly recommended that you ask for a sample prior to confirming any customization because this helps in verifying if the product fits well inside the box and also enables one to touch/feel different materials used during production.

What should I do if I don't receive an email confirming my order?

After placing an order, expect a confirmation email within a few minutes. If not found in the spam folder, kindly make sure the entered email address is correct; however, if everything seems fine but there is still no response, please get in touch with your sales representative or email us at sales@packagingprinting.co.uk.

My delivery should be on time beyond the scheduled delivery time. What should I do?

If your package fails to arrive within the specified time frame, get in touch with your sales rep together with the order number through sales@packagingprinting.co.uk. Delayed deliveries could be due to complexities involved during customization or shipping into remote areas.
